Your pet's vaccination records for rabies and distemper/parvovirus must be on file in order to schedule any Mutts on the Move services. Please email (or have your pet's veterinarian email) a copy of your pet's proof of vaccinations to Brie@MuttsontheMovePDX.com. Have a puppy who has not yet completed their puppy series vaccinations? Puppies under 5 months are still eligible for services, and must provide proof of full vaccination series once completed.
