Please let me properly introduce myself - my name is Brie, and I am dedicated to providing the best possible services to you and your pet(s). I am bonded, insured, first aid certified, and ready to help with your pet care needs.

I've worked for over a decade in the pet care industry, with 2 years of veterinary technician experience prior to transitioning into non-veterinary pet care services. Since 2010, I have been providing dog walking and overnight care services to pet owners in Chicago through a small, local business. In 2021 I relocated to Portland with my husband and our 2 dogs, and it has been an incredible adventure already! With an abundance of natural beauty, endless trails to explore, and lots of delicious coffee, it sure feels like home. 

The dog-loving life all started with my first dog - Marley Butt, the bringer of light & love (2007-2019). He was a rescued husky mix that brightened every moment of life from the second we met, although being his person came with some challenges, too! He taught me so much about unconditional love, patience, what to do in case of (insert random situation) emergency.

Marley enjoyed being a pampered only child, but really found his happy place in life as a canine brother - he was never happier than when he had a brother or sister to goof off with. When we met my husband, he introduced us to his dog Sterling, the GSD (2002-2016). Those two dogs went on to become best buds, partners in crime, and a constant supply of entertainment. Their crazy antics are still discussed in our home today! 

Our current pack consists of Brunhilda the GSD (2017), along with Zero, a Great Pyrenees mix (2019). They have continued to fill our homes and hearts with happiness, and they also love life in the PNW! We can generally be found strolling downtown, hiking in Forest Park, or exploring the other parks, greenspaces, and coffee shops throughout the city.
